Prayer Stations

At the core of Oaklands is the practice of prayer. It is integral to our daily routine and is not confined to designated times for worship. We believe in the power of continuous prayer to guide us through each moment. To facilitate this, prayer stations are situated throughout our school, providing students and staff with the opportunity to pause and engage in reflection at any point during the school day.

Recognizing the tendency to overlook expressing gratitude for the small blessings, we emphasize the significance of constant prayer as a means to remain mindful and appreciative. By integrating prayer into our everyday lives, we strive to cultivate an attitude of thankfulness and surrender to God.

Our prayer stations can be found in the following places.

  • In Student Services in the White House
  • The Glass corridor in Newman Block
  • The entrance of St John Paul II Block
  • The hall entrance in Romero block
  • The canteen
